The Marching Band will be traveling to Mid-States in Ohio on November 7, 2014. We will be staying over night at a Best Western which is about 30 minutes from the performance site on Friday, Nov. 7. and we will return back to Taylor Co, late on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014. Our cut off for reserving rooms is Oct. 14.
If your marcher is planning on attending, please make arrangements to pay the below amount. Parents/Chaperones your money is due by Oct. 14 due to the rooms are extra rooms that have to be paid in advance. (Parents & Students, MUST have extra spending money for food!) Below we have two different amounts, this is due to pay-pal charges us an extra fee for using their service. Any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students (4 to a room) – (paying by cash) $30.00 each, (paying by pay pal) $31.00 each. For students to attend this trip, their fee is DUE NO LATER than Nov. 1. (sorry no exceptions, $25 fee for any return checks)
Parents/Chaperones (1) room – (paying by cash) $82.00 (paying by pay pal) $85.00 If you would like to split a room with other parents, please let us know who you are bunking with and your payment arrangements among each other.
